Just over a block to the beach in Broadkill, this cute bungalow is ready for your summer vacation! Recently updated, the first floor features the main living area, kitchen and dining. There are two bedrooms on this level and a full bathroom. The second floor has an additional two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
After a long day on the beach, relax on the second floor deck with a game of cards, a good book or an adult beverage. Get ready to relax and enjoy this home away from home.

Summary: Interior access to the second floor was via a very narrow, winding open staircase. This access would be neither suitable nor safe for a young child, or anyone beyond middle age. This issue was not identified in the listing, and I had to reassign people to the other house I had rented to accommodate my family. The outdoor seating area in the back was unusable because it was completely overgrown with weeds. Additionally, the outdoor shower was also unusable because the curtains and pipes were lying in pieces on the lawn.
