Positive: About the location. The host provides various different home address to stay, the address I stayed in (refer to the photo of the three lamps above a door and the photo of a door with several light bulbs hanging above it) was located in a gated residential area with mostly elderly people. It is a very old house with quite a bit of history, much like a Airbnb there are no meal service or cleaning service during your stay. It's a comfortable place to stay with the bare minimum. There are two queen size beds upstairs and one queen size bed on the ground floor. What I liked. Its a location between two large malls at approximately with approximately 10 minutes walking distance, the IAPM in the north west and the Sun Moon Light in the south east both of which have metro stations. The Sun Moon Light is adjacent to the Tianzifang a tourist hotspot. In the local streets are various cafes to the west and local restaurants to the east.
Negative: Some minor critique. The bed downstairs is an old style spring frame which was loud and creaky, the fridge was also incredibly loud and I had to unplug it to get any sleep. I think both of these should be replaced with a modern equivalent. No sponges or washing brush to clean the dishes at the time of my stay. Lastly it's a very old house as I mentioned, things go bump in the night and I was brave enough to sleep downstairs on my own. Good luck :)
