Summary: The house was very clean but the kitchen needs some maintenance and updating. For example, the kitchen cabinets were not very functional. The cabinet doors would not close. The toaster didn't work. The bathroom was very small and cluttered. We are not large people but it was difficult to manoeuvre. Some of the doors would not close either. We didn't like the location much as it was next to a very busy road. Also, we didn't like having to pay the insurance. That should be the responsibility of the owner. We always follow instructions and leave the property in a clean and tidy state. Sorry, but I am being honest about the house.
