Positive: Very nice location . 1 minute walk to beach . Not a far walk to Brighton center . After reading the other reviews I was very shocked how nice it actually was . You do need to make sure you have done the bits on what’s app before arriving . Found it very easy to get in unlike a lot of people moaning on here . You get sent a code for front door and another code for your key safe on your actual hotel door . My room was like the pictures . You get what you pay for . I Would stay again . I had a microwave, hair dryer ; tv , iron in room .

Negative: Check in at 4 is a little late for me . You do get the option to pay to get in earlier tho , I probably should have just done this .

Summary: Good spot . Would stay again
