• check-in is any time after 4:00 pm. early check-in may be available - please check with us in advance to confirm availability and any applicable fees. unauthorized early check-ins will incur a $500 fee, • check-out is at 10:30 am sharp. unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $500 fee, • authorized early check-in and authorized late check-out will incur a minimum $100 fee, • quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours. • excessive noise may result in fines or the cancellation of your reservation, • loud music is not allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors. failure to keep noise levels down during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and/or immediate removal from the property, • only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by us ahead of time. additional guests will incur extra charges, • the exterior of the property is monitored with security cameras. we also use noiseaware sensors both indoors and outdoors. these devices alert us only when noise levels are consistently above a set threshold; normal conversation won't trigger an alert, • smoking is not allowed inside the home, • any cleanup involving vomit, feces (including pet feces), or blood will result in a $500 minimum penalty, • pets must be approved prior to your stay. a $100 pet fee covers up to two pets, • the person who booked the reservation is responsible for all guests, any damages, and all incidents during the stay, • smart thermostats are available for your use, with temperature limits set for efficiency. please keep windows and doors closed when using the heating or a/c. pool rules:, • no lifeguard is on duty—swim at your own risk. • no glass is allowed in or near the pool area, • the pool can be heated upon request; fees are based on current natural gas costs. • spa heating is always complimentary :), • pool heating takes up to 10 hours to reach 82°f and must be requested in advance, ideally at the time of booking. payment must be made before heating begins. any tampering with pool equipment will result in a $1000 fine. other things to know details:, ✨ we take cleanliness seriously! our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces, ✨ the home has central heating and ac to keep you comfortable year-round, ✨ this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night, ✨ pool heating is available up to 82°f for $200/day minimum (based on current sdge rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). spa heating is always free 🙂, ✨ if you are bringing a pet, a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs, ✨ hosting more than 10 guests? each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night, ✨ early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to availability, please note that an additional charge of usd 500 will apply for early check-in and late check-out without prior approval, * pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. however, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, this property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, managed by a private host
