Welcome to our beautiful atypical house located in Bouin, in the heart of the Breton marshes of the Vendée.
A true nature resort, Bouin is an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday between the iodized scents of the ocean and the fauna of its salt marsh.
You can explore the 14 km of dyke on which you will find the port of Brochets, the port of Champs, and the port of Bec, and try your hand at fishing on foot, which is a local institution. For those who enjoy cycling, the Vélodyssée will allow you to discover the Vendée by bike on marked circuits.
This comfortable, bright and spacious 100 m² house will be perfect for a change of scenery during a weekend with family or friends.

Bed and bath linen is not included in the price of the reservation. However, we do offer hotel quality linen for hire (Subject to availability).

🔹 A large modern and bright bedroom with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe, table and bedside lamp
🔹 A mezzanine sleeping area with a Queen Size bed, an extra bed suitable for a child or young teenager, a single bed, bedside tables and lamps, and storage
Please note: The upstairs bedroom is considered a dormitory, and the 2 single beds are for teenagers or children.

PLEASE NOTE: As the accommodation is in the middle of the marshes, there may be mosquitoes or other insects present.
We would like to make it clear to travellers that parties are strictly forbidden in order to respect the place and the neighbouring house.
It will be possible to park within the grounds of the establishment.
There's a bike depot 200m from the house on the Port des Brochets (July/August only). You can pick up your rental bikes, reserved in advance.
