We've designed this split-level home to offer both togetherness and privacy. Each floor has its own entrance, kitchen, and living space.
Upstairs Level
Bedrooms (3):
Master Suite: King bed with an in-suite bathroom, a whirlpool jacuzzi tub, and a private washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a large front-facing window.
Bedroom 3: King bed with a lofted twin and cozy bean bag chairs.
Living Room & Kitchen: A large, comfortable lounge area with a smart TV and a separate reading nook. The fully-stocked "owner's kitchen" is perfect for preparing gourmet meals and comes with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar.
Screened-In Porch: This is our favorite spot! The spacious screened porch overlooks the lake with ample seating, an outdoor dining table, and a smart TV.
Downstairs Level
Bedrooms (2):
Bedroom 4 (Master): Large king-sized bed with plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 5: Large king bed with a lofted twin, perfect for families.
Living Room & Kitchen: The downstairs living room features large sliding glass doors with direct access to the patio. The second fully-stocked kitchen provides additional space for meal prep.
Bathroom: A full-sized bathroom with a shower-tub combo and a separate door for the toilet.
Outdoor Patio: A large outdoor table for al fresco dining, along with a padded swing and a giant Connect 4 game.
Outdoor & Lakefront Living
Grills: A gas grill on each level, plus a shared charcoal Komodo grill for your use.
Fishing: The lake is stocked with crappie, small mouth bass, blue gill, and catfish. Please note this is a catch-and-release lake, with the exception of catfish.
Fire Pit: Enjoy a bonfire on the small point jutting into the lake. We provide firewood and fire starters.
Water Access: Guests have complimentary access to two kayaks, two paddleboards, and noodles. Life jackets are provided in the shed by the dock.
Important Notes
Stairs: Please note that several sets of stairs must be used to get down to the lake due to the grading of the land. The path is automatically illuminated at night.
Gas Fireplace: The gas fireplace on the upper level is currently non-functional. We are actively working to restore it.
Boats: Per our HOA guidelines, powered boats are not allowed to be used by anyone other than the owners. We are not able to rent or lend out our boat.

No parties or events.
No smoking inside the home. A fee will be charged if this rule is broken.
Pets are allowed for a fee. Please be truthful about bringing pets. Nest Doorbell cameras are on-site.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM (per HOA), with a fee for noise complaints.
Parking: Do not park in front of the trash container on the lower driveway. The trash truck will not pick up the trash if they cannot access it.
Disclaimer: Guests swim, use the paddleboard and kayak, and fish at their own risk. Life jackets are provided in the shed by the dock.
