Positive: Comfortable beds , soft pillows, spacious room , excellent customer service in the front office as well as housekeeping

Negative: Miso restaurant had very limitted choices for their buffet dinner. And then during breakfast there was a very long line outside waiting to be seated. The problem was there were tables available , however for example the table available was good for six , instead of just splitting the table into good for 3 persons each , they'd rather wait for groups of 5-6 and give the table. a Table for 4 , they were waiting for a group of 4-3 instead of just readily giving it to a couple. Poor service and judgement call on accomodating guests. Poor business practice.
