Positive: Best part of the property was the location right on the river out the back deck, and just a few miles from the entry to Rocky Mountain National Park. Neighborhood was quiet as well, and far enough from the main road so there was no road noise. The next best thing was that the house was very light and open, with the large great room in the middle and a large kitchen area. We had a toddler, and he had lots of room to run about and play. Bedrooms were also very comfortable and well situated.

Negative: This is relatively minor but in the interest of managing expectations, the house was somewhat older (1980's?) and felt slightly dated, with some finishes that were a bit worn, so not what I would consider a top-notch property that would demand the highest rents. For example, exterior finish needs a refresh, finish on some of the interior wood trim was worn, and the Formica kitchen counters had some wear and damage at the edges and seams, bathrooms were a bit dated, all things that some but probably not all people would notice. Kitchen items like dishes and utensils were also somewhat light and maybe also not top-notch. To that end, the house seemed a little overpriced, but these items certainly did not really detract from our enjoyment of the space and the location.
