Positive: Clean, nice landscaping. Great location if you want to walk the shops and restaurants of Kona. 15-20 minute drive to the marina for most ocean excursions.
Negative: Ground floor, could hear people upstairs walking around. Only two small rolls of toilet paper, no salt or pepper in the kitchen, no sponge to wash plates, Maxwell House coffee - just could have had more welcoming and helpful items in the kitchen.
