Summary: The bathroom had a sewage smell which they tried to fix - with partial success. Breakfast was not good. Room temperature could not be set thru room thermostat - you need to call guest services and tell them the temperature you want & then they set it. Their concierge services seems to be third party - only reachable thru WA messages! They take little interest in really helping you - not surprising given the exchange is mandated thru WA. Overall very disappointing for a property that labels itself as a 5-star.
