Summary: Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised.
