The cozy living area has three comfortable sofas perfect for your group to sit and reconnect and recharge. Walk through a set of french doors to the screened in porch that overlooks the back courtyard. The porch features ample conversational seating and a bed swing and is the ideal place to watch the little ones play in the courtyard. The house is also equipped with a Culligan High Efficiency Water Softener system which removes calcium, magnesium and iron from the water.Just off of the kitchen is a butler's pantry with an additional refrigerator and leads to one of the guest rooms that will be perfect for the younger members of your family.
