Summary: Reception was supposed to be open until 8:00 PM but closed at 5:00 PM due to the holiday season, without any prior notice or notification through the Expedia app. I arrived at 7:30 PM and found the hotel empty, closed with no instructions. The only contact was a sign at the door with Spanish phone number (no WhatsApp or alternatives), and my phone couldn’t make international calls. I had to ask someone in my home country to call for me. I was then told to drive 10 min to another hotel to check in and pay, just to receive a code to enter the building and my room. The property feels abandoned, with no staff available for any needs. Although the room was fine and clean, the lack of customer care makes this place not worth it.
