A delightful 15 minute ride from Franklin or 50 minute ride from Texas A&M lets you escape the hustle of the crowds and unwind at this charming lake side home that sleeps 11. Four bedrooms include a king, 3 queens, full size, and bunk beds. Blackout curtains in each bedroom are perfect for a good night's sleep. The three spacious bathrooms have been recently remodeled. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen (or outside on the grill) fully stocked with coffee, tea, other dry goods, condiments and spices. There is a Nespresso Machine with coffee pods, a traditional coffee pot, and an electric kettle for the tea drinkers. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. There are 2 outdoor dining areas (deck and boat dock) each have tables that seat 6. While enjoying your coffee on the deck, you can watch deer, rabbits, and squirrels. Bird watching is a favorite pastime. See the range from Hummingbirds to Great Blue Herons, and be on the lookout for a nesting pair of Bald Eagles!! Enjoy sunbathing and stargazing at the dock.
