Positive: The condo is clean, spaceous, quiet, nicely furnished and very comfortable. We stayed four nights. I would have liked to stay longer. My check in was easy. The reception desk, security and valet is open 24/7, friendly and ready to assist. There is a 7-Eleven next door and a Walmart grocery store withing walking diatance. There are two swimming pools, both salt water, clean and towels provided. The sixth floor pool and tennis court area is controlled access and has a bar. There is a jacuzzi, cabanas and plenty of lounge chairs. The first floor pool is behind the building on the causeway. Co-located by the pool is a small dock where Flamingo jetski rental operates. Nice setup for short and longer term stays.
Negative: One thing to keep in mind is that the building is 43 stories tall and the elevator can get busy at certain times of the day. Plan for longer wait times at peak entry/exit times of the day.
